Spanish Carbona

Ingredients:

1 big can of Century Spicy Spanish Tuna ( drain the tuna oil and put it in another bowl )
1 nestle cream
1  small can of alaska evaporated milk
oil
parsley
1 kilo spaghetti noodles
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup grated cheese
dice garlic
dice onions

Procedure:
1. Cook noodles in a boiling water with 1 tbps of salt and oil
2. cook til al dente
3. drain then  put some oil in the drained noodles

for the carbonara sauce:
1.  saute the garlc and oil using the oil of the drained century tuna. add pepper and salt to taste.
2. add the 1 pack of nestle cream and 1 small can of evaporated milk, simmer and taste
3. add thetuna and  1/2 cup of grated cheese,simmer again.
4. put a noddles in the plate and top with carbonara sauce, grated cheese and garnish with parsley.
5. ready to serve! :D
